Hot Cocoa is a new Floribunda, introduced in 2003 by Tom
Carruth and Weeks Roses. The blooms are a ruffled shape in
a russet color and borne in clusters. The plant is medium
to small sized with shiny dark green foliage. It does require
winter protection in zone 4. Hot Cocoa has as of yet proven
to be fairly disease resistant. Hopefully in the years to
