Summer's Kiss
AKA Paul Ricard, AKA Moondance, AKA Spirit of Peace
The official ARS name for this rose is Paul Ricard,
however on a sunny June day like today, the name Summer's
Kiss seems quite fitting. Either way it's a beautiful
rose. Introduced in 1994, it is a yellow-blend hybrid tea
created by crossing (Hidalgo x Mischief)
x Ambassador. The freely branching 3 1/2 foot bush
holds large creamy buff to amber yellow blooms which bloom
more frequently in moderate temperatures. Their fragrance
has been described as licorice and spiced honey. As with all
hybrid teas in Zone 4 it does require winter protection. What
