Rose of the Month ~ May 2005

White Pavement

Also known as Snow Owl, this hybrid rugosa rose is a great addition to the garden. One of the "Pavement" series of roses, it was bred to withstand harsh conditions and is very hardy. The Pavement roses are repeat blooming and very fragrant and White Pavement is no exception. The blooms are clear white, semi-double with light red rose hips late in the season. The bush grows 2-3 feet, has great disease resistance and is hardy to Zone 3. What is your experience with White Pavement? Rate it in the poll below.
